Term & Condition
We guarantee to provide warranty free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal and proper usage and service for a period of one year from the date of purchase.
Warranty only covers those ZKIN products which are purchased directly from the authorised distributors.
The warranty does not cover those damages caused by mishandling, misuse, improper care, alteration and accidental damage or loss.
Official purchase receipt must be presented when the defect product is returned for repair.
All warranty claims must be made in writing together with the warranty number and e-mail to info@shinerepublic.com. Our delivery address will be replied in the e-mail for returning the product. The product must be sent postage pre-paid and include the official purchase receipt as proof of purchase.
We may either repair or replace the returned products during the warranty period.
